We would like to draw your attention to some of the perhaps boring, but unfortunately necessary small print…

Arrival & Departure Times
Arrival time is normally after 4pm unless by prior agreement. If you plan to arrive after 8pm, please telephone us to let us know your arrival time. We regret that we are unable to accommodate arrivals after midnight.
We ask you to vacate your gîte by 10am on the day of departure.
At the end of your stay with us, we ask that you leave your gîte in the same state that you found it. You will find cleaning materials in the cupboard under the sink and hoover and mop & bucket either in your gîte or in the storage unit at the rear of your gîte.
We regret that we are unable to accept pets of any kind.
Smoking is not permitted inside the gîtes , pool or games room. We are happy to accommodate smoking outside provided this does not disturb the enjoyment of other guests and that you use an ashtray and do not leave cigarette butts and other smoking litter around and about.
The pool is open from Easter until the end of October. The law in France requires all outdoor, in-ground swimming pools to be protected with an appropriate security system e.g. a barrier. Although indoor pools are not covered by this law, we have decided, for safety reasons, to ask our guests to ensure doors to the pool room are kept closed. We will not be held liable for any accidents caused as a result of any guest propping doors open etc. Children must be supervised at all times and the pool is, in any event, used at your own risk.
Other information and general rules about pool use can be found in the pool room and in your guest information folder which you will find in your gîte on arrival. We would be very grateful if you could read and observe these few simple rules for your enjoyment and that of others.
The age limit for this apparatus is 12 years of age. It is used at your own risk and, to ensure their safety, we would ask that children are supervised at all times.
We have a number of bicycles available for you to borrow along with a limited number of safety helmets. The bikes are used at your own risk. We do not charge for their use, however, we will ask you to meet the cost of any damage incurred during the loan.
Damages & Breakages
We do understand that accidents sometimes happen and that the majority of people will treat their holiday home respectfully. We would be grateful if you could tell us as soon as any damage or breakage occurs so that it can be put right as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge for it to be rectified.
Cancellation by you
Obviously we hope that you won’t have to cancel your holiday – we want you to come and have a wonderful time! However, we understand that sometimes things happen and there is no other option.
If the cancellation takes place 12 weeks prior to your date of arrival, we will offer a full refund.
If you have to cancel anytime after 12 weeks but before 4 weeks of your arrival date, we will retain your deposit.
If you cancel within 4 weeks of your arrival date, payment in full will be required.
We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to protect you in the event you have to cancel your holiday.
Cancellation by us
In the very unlikely event that we are forced to cancel your booking, we will attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If such accommodation is not available or acceptable to you, we will offer you a full refund. Please note that this is the limit of our liability in these circumstances.
We do not accept any liability for damage to your property or injury to you or other members of your party whilst on our premises.
